RETURNS/REFUND POLICY
At Designerdz, we're dedicated to providing you with high-quality products through our print-on-demand service. We understand that sometimes issues may arise, such as sizing concerns or print-related matters. We're committed to resolving these situations with the utmost care and efficiency. Here's how our returns process works:
Incorrect Size Shipped
If you receive an item in an incorrect size due to our error, please contact our customer support within 14 days of receiving your order. We will promptly arrange for a replacement with the correct size at no additional cost to you.
Handling Print Issues
If you encounter any issues with the print quality or design of your clothing, reach out to us promptly. We may request images to better understand the problem. Depending on the issue, we'll work to find the best solution, whether it's a replacement, refund, or alternative resolution.
Sizing Discrepancies
For your convenience, we kindly ask you to consult our size chart before making a purchase. This step is particularly important as sizes can vary across different suppliers. While we assure you that our sizes are intended to be accurate, it's worth noting that each brand may have its own interpretation of "true to fit" due to the diverse nature of the industry. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
Exchanges
Please note that our service operates on a print-on-demand basis, meaning that all items are meticulously made to order. As a result, we are unable to facilitate exchanges.
REFUNDS
How will I be refunded for my order?
Your refund will be processed back to the original payment method used to place the order.
Why haven't I had my refund or exchange?
If you have returned your order for a refund, please be aware that it can take up to 10 working days for this to be processed by our warehouse from the date that the goods arrive back with us. Returned items may be processed separately, but all items should be processed within the 10 working day period.
As soon as a return has been processed, we will email you to confirm. If not all of the items you've returned are included in the email, you will receive a second email to confirm once the remaining products have been refunded or exchanged.
All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method and can take up to 5 working days to reach your bank account.
